All “in stock” Guaranteed Express orders will receive the highest priority status and are guaranteed to ship the same day as ordered, if ordered before 2:00 pm eastern time (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 2:00 pm will ship the next business day. If you choose the Next Day Delivery option, you will receive your order on the next business day. If you choose 2nd Day Delivery, you will receive your order on the 2nd day after your order is shipped.

Guaranteed Express Shipping Policy:
If you choose one of our Guaranteed Express Shipping services, and if we can fill your order completely from stock, we guaranteed that your order will ship the same day as placed, up until 2:00 p.m. eastern time (on business days). Orders placed after 2:00 p.m. eastern are guaranteed to ship the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and holidays will ship the next business day.

All international orders (other than Canada): Actual Shipping Charges will be applied to your order. International orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail International. The shipping charges will be indicated on your packing list when you receive your shipment. If you wish to know the shipping charges in advance of the shipment, please make a comment on your order or send us an email requesting notification of the shipping charges.

Return Policy

All returns will be subject to a restocking charge. Orders returned within 30 days will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Orders returned between 31 and 60 days will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Returns received after 60 days will not be credited.

To qualify for credit, items must be returned in their original condition. Credit will not be issued for applicable shipping charges and customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
